Photograms are usually created in a horizontal position: The objects are put onto the photo paper and then exposed. I have always found it more exciting to work with moving shadow pictures; the gravitational constant offered itself as the most elementary of movement factors. Still lives from fleeting moments are created, which allow the object to prepare for its fate with a bright tail.
